The TLI team is based on a network of leading scholars and experienced business executives, who develop our frameworks, programs and tools and apply them to our customers. Courses are delivered by a select group of leading instructors, who are well known for their exceptional research, teaching, and executive education experience. Our business partners deal with the marketing and business environment.

Executive Team

Dr. Aaron J. Shenhar, Founding Partner – is a world leader in project management and technology management scholarship, a consultant, lecturer, and teacher. He is a Professor of Technology and Project Management at Rutgers Business School. He is also serving on NASA’s CPMR council on project management and as visiting professor at Tel-Aviv University. He became the first recipient of the PMI Research Achievement Award in 2003, and was named “Engineering Manager of the Year,” by the Engineering Management Society of IEEE in 2000. Prior to his academic career, he has been involved in managing projects, innovation, R&D, and held various executive positions in the high technology defense industry in Israel for almost 20 years. Dr. Shenhar holds five academic degrees in engineering, statistics, and management, including a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Mr. Roy Nicolosi - is a senior manager of technology who has held positions as CIO and CTO for over 20 years, working directly for the CEO or President. As a member of the senior management committee he has taken on various corporate wide initiatives including cost management, education, innovation program design, staff development, organizational modeling, process improvement, and architecture. He specializes in project management methods and techniques and has always worked in companies where large scale change was required due to business expansion from new products or acquisitions, or during periods of economic challenge. Mr. Nicolosi has  worked in companies that provide computer hardware and software to many markets. In several financial services companies  he managed software development and operations in support of:  private banking,corporate trust, clearance and settlement, custody, funds transfer, brokerage services, and cash management.  Most recently he worked for an Information management, data analytics, and modeling company that services the  insurance, law enforcement, public services, and medical markets. He has experience in managing projects and operations for large databases, risk analysis and freud detection. Mr Nicolosi has also managed the technology design and support for hardware, software and internal training for the primary supplier of worldwide lottery systems. He spent the early part of his career in the US Air Force as a pilot in special operations. He was stationed in South East Asia and flew missions in support of the war effort. Mr. Nicolosi has a BE degree in chemical engineering  and an MMS in management science from Stevens Institute of Technology. He retired in April of 2009. He is married with 4 children. He keeps very busy now as a  jazz musician and  also has produced 6 CD's  and a PBS video.
