Strategic Project Leadership® – The Executive Seminar

This one-day seminar presents an executive view on Strategic Project Leadership®. It introduces to management the concept that projects are done for business results, and that just ‘getting the job done’ is not enough. The seminar provides a framework for management on how to implement the SPL concept in the organization, and what can managers do to support the company’s project teams. The seminar will outline the content and the critical ideas that are delivered in the four courses of the Certificate program and will describe the role of the executive to make it work.

The Strategic Project Leadership® Course – Five Days

Strategic Project Leadership® is a modern approach to project management that is focusing projects on creating competitive advantage and winning in the marketplace. The course will discuss the new role of project managers as leaders, who must look at the global business aspects of their projects and provide vision and inspiration to project teams. The course is based on the concept that “one size does not fit all” and that different projects must be managed in different ways. The course introduces a framework of five components, which will be used during project planning and execution: strategy, spirit, organization, process, and tools. It then presents seven principles for implementation of the SPL approach in the organization.

Project Management Classics Course – Five Days
